Kids' Club Policies

CLUB4 Fitness provides short-term childcare services for members’ children while the parent or legal guardian is present in the facility.
Eligibility and Access
- Kids’ Club is available for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
- Each child may visit the facility up to two times per day, for a total maximum of 2 hours (120 minutes) one (1) hour per parent drop off, when both parents or legal guardians are active Premium+ members.
- Childcare is only available while the parent or legal guardian remains on-site at CLUB4 Fitness.
Check-In/Out Procedures
A valid photo ID is required to check children in and out of Kids’ Club.
- Children must be checked in and out by the same adult, unless prior authorization has been provided. Authorized adults must also present a valid ID.
- For safety reasons, children and parents are not permitted beyond the Front Desk area. Exceptions may be granted for restroom use or other special needs and must be approved by a manager, preferably the General Manager. When outside the Kids’ Club, parents must hold their child’s hand or carry them. It is the members’ responsibility to inform Kids’ Club staff of any special accommodation their child may require. While we will do our best to assist, accommodation is not guaranteed.
Health and Wellness
- Sick children will not be admitted. Children must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours—no fever (over 100°F), vomiting, diarrhea, persistent cough, rash, or other signs of illness.
- Please ensure your child uses the restroom or has a diaper change prior to check-in. Parents will be paged if a diaper change or restroom assistance is needed during the visit.
Behavior Expectations
- Kids’ Club staff maintain behavioral standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all children. Aggressive behaviors, such as biting, pinching, or fighting, may result in temporary or permanent suspension of Kids’ Club privileges.
- If a child is continuously upset for 15 minutes or more and cannot be calmed, especially due to aggressive or disruptive behavior, the parent will be contacted to retrieve their child.
Feeding and Personal Items
- No food, gum, or candy is allowed in the Kids’ Club.
- Infant bottles must be pre-prepared by the parent before drop-off.
- Hot drinks such as coffee, tea, or similar beverages are not permitted in the Kids’ Club area.
- Children must wear shoes and/or socks at all times.
- Personal toys and items should be left at home. CLUB4 Fitness is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced belongings.
- The safety and well-being of all children, including allergy awareness, is a top priority at CLUB4 Fitness.
Breastfeeding Policy
CLUB4 Fitness is committed to maintaining an inclusive and welcoming environment. Mothers are legally permitted to breastfeed in public and private areas of our facilities in accordance with U.S. law.
- Key Points:
- Legal Right & Protection: Mothers may breastfeed anywhere they are
otherwise allowed. - No Restrictions: There are no limitations on where breastfeeding is permitted, in accordance with state and federal laws.
- Privacy & Comfort: Nursing pillows and blankets are available upon request for added privacy and comfort within the Kids’ Club.

Special Needs
While we strive to accommodate all children. Kids’ Club is not equipt to provide one-on-one care, medical attention, or specialized services. We recommend speaking with a manager (ideally a few days in advance) to determine if our services can safely and effectively meet your child’s needs.
Media Consent
By using our facilities, members consent to CLUB4 Fitness using photographs, videos, interviews, or other media featuring themselves or their children for promotional, advertising, or illustrative purposes in any legal format. Members waive any claim to compensation for such use. If you prefer not to be included, please notify the manager.
Communication Policy
If staff need to contact you during your child’s visit, you will be reached via intercom or phone, depending on your club’s setup. Please ensure your membership profile has your current contact information on file.
Emergency Policy
In the event of a medical emergency, emergency services will be contacted immediately. Parents’ consent to their child receiving necessary care and agree to cover all medical expenses. Parents will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
Policy Updates and Rights
- CLUB4 Fitness reserves the right to refuse service and to modify policies or procedures at any time.
- Capacity Limits
- Kids’ Club admittance is first-come, first-served and may be limited due to staffing or safety protocols.
