Brandon uses a multifaceted approach to fitness, starting with adapting the workout needs to your current fitness level. Working together three days a week, which I highly recommend, over the last two months we haven't done the same workout routine twice. He always stresses that it's important to mix things up, strength training here, a bit of CrossFit style work there, some cardio and abs work thrown in for good measure as well. He also helps me keep a close watch on my daily nutrition. I believe this has been where we've had the most success. You can't outrun the fork!
