The Club offers a variety of fitness activities, including group exercises and special group classes
Our group exercise studios feature specifically designed flooring systems to reduce the impact of exercise movements. Each studio is equipped with the most up-to-date equipment and sound systems to enhance your class experience. Specific studios have been designed for high intensity classes, indoor cycling and mind/body programs. The Club instructors are nationally certified and eager to assist members new to group exercise. Schedules and class descriptions are available at the front desk.
Group Fitness is only available at Club 4 Fitness Ridgeland, Hernando, and Gulfport, and The Club at The Township.
Whether at home or in the gym, BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.
BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.
